my website looks beast...actually it looks horrible lol, idk what else to put in it

I've got an index, a video tab which links to a page saying no video's available, a team member list, with info, a forum tab which links to this page, and a calendar with just this month, no info on it.

is there a banner or like background? work on design of those for a while, and we can discuss what else we should have
